Pickleball Equipment

 

o Limited Lifetime Warranty for Series One paddles.

o Limited 6 Month Warranty for Series Two and Series Three paddles.

o Limited 1Year Warranty for Series Four paddles.

 

Eligibility:

 

Warranties are valid only for the original purchaser of the paddle. The paddle must have been purchased from an authorized retailer or directly from Proton. Proof of purchase is required.

 

What's Covered:

 

Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship are covered for the span of the warranty.

 

What's Not:

 

Damage resulting from abuse, misuse, neglect, accidents, and any modifications made to the paddle after purchasing is not covered by the warranty. Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, and grip wear are not considered defects and are not covered under this warranty.

 

Series Two & Series Four: Edge damage- we recommend using protective edge guard tape for your paddle. *

 

 

Miscellaneous:

 

Proton Sports holds the sole discretion to determine whether damage is covered under our warranty. If a defect is confirmed, Proton Sports will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective pickleball paddle with a comparable model. In the event that the original paddle is no longer available, we will provide a similar paddle of equal or greater value. Replacement paddles are not covered under our warranty. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the defective paddle to Proton Sports for inspection. Proton Sports will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement paddle back to the customer.

 

Initiating a Claim:

 

To initiate a warranty claim, please go to our website and fill out the warranty form under the "Contact” section. Please provide a photo or video illustrating the damage as well as proof of purchase. If there are any questions email us at Proton@protonsports.com.

STORAGE:
Always keep your paddle in a dry environment. Preferably indoors in a temperature-controlled environment. It is best not to leave your paddle in a vehicle, hot and cold temperatures can and will damage your paddle over time.

Paddle Face and Edgeguard Cleaning:
Always wipe down your paddle after play. To clean your edge guard, wipe it down with a damp cloth.

It is recommended to use an Eraser, just be gentle.

Please note that with time the graphics on your paddle will begin to fade a bit. Don't worry, this means you are out there getting after it! It's a sign of progress and experience.

Grip Care:
Always wipe down your grip after play. Sweat, grit, and oils from your hands will always build up. If you clean it after every round it will last longer. Please note that the high-quality grips that come with your paddle aren't your only option, feel free to overwrap your grip with any wrap you feel comfortable with. There are many to choose from and an overgrip will protect your original factory-installed grip. We would recommend our ADV grips

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking numbers to become active in the shipping carrier's system.

Tracking events usually appear 24-48 hours after receiving the Track and Trace ID. In general, once the shipment has reached our facility, a tracking event will appear.
